Body Protection
Welding work involves exposure to sparks, hot spatter and high temperatures, so the body needs a proper coverage with clothing that can resist heat, flame and tearing during work.
We use split cowhide across our welding aprons, cape sleeves, welding jackets and other protective clothing. The leather offers effective heat and abrasion resistance with the flexibility needed for regular movement at work. It also provides a strong physical barrier against welding sparks and spatter. Lighter options of body protection include flame-retardant jackets, pants and coveralls from treated FR fabric. We use more breathable and lightweight material for such safety gears that self-extinguishes without melting or forming hot droplets when exposed to flame.
Our body protection products go through standardized production processes from material preparation and cutting to sewing, inspection and packaging. Our monthly production capability of welding aprons and leather welding garments has reached up to 10,000 pieces, along with 12,000 flame-retardant workwear pieces per month. With this production capacity, we can handle both large-volume orders and regular orders from industrial customers and distributors.
