Leather Welding Jacket

Our leather welding jacket is made from 1.1–1.2 mm split cowhide for protection against welding heat, sparks and spatter. The leather has a firm but flexible structure with good resistance to abrasion and tearing, which also protects the body from contact with sharp metal surfaces. It is suitable for arc welding, gas welding, TIG welding and other welding work.

The jacket is stitched with DuPont Kevlar flame-resistant thread for better resistance to heat and pulling. A second layer of leather is reinforced at the areas that experience greater stress during welding work for more effective protection.

• Flame-retardant cotton collar forms a protective char layer when exposed to heat without melting into hot droplets. It can be folded upright for better protection against welding spatter or folded down for a more relaxed fit.
• Protective front flap covers the front closure to reduce the chance of welding spatter entering the jacket.
• Multiple buttons at the cuffs let workers adjust the sleeve openings for a more comfortable fit.
• A tool strap at the inner layer of the jacket provides convenient storage for welding tools during work. A tool pocket can also be added to the front according to customer requirements.
• Its loose fit gives the upper body and arms enough room for comfortable movement during welding.
• Available in golden yellow, brown, dark brown and natural leather colors.

Care: Do not wash with water. Air out and dry naturally after use, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or damp conditions.
